Join Lucy B for a some soft wiggles into Restorative yoga from the comfort of your own home.

This practice is an invitation to find some ease and softness explore some ways we can rest. We will do some slow flow/wiggly movment and then hold restorative yoga posture supported by lots of cushions and props!
This class is an inclusive practice which welcomes all sizes, ages, gender and abilities.
Good To Know
-This 75 minute practice is for all levels including beginners.
-This class will inlcude seated, standing and lying down postures.
-A class recording is included in the ticket and will be available for 1 week.
-This class is a donation class, suggested donation £10-£15, but pay what you need babe.

No experience needed!
This is a proper beginners course ! Open to brand new, never even stepped on a mat yogis, newish yogis and anyone who wants to go back to basics.
Over the 5 weekly sessions we will build your confidence on the mat and develop your practice together.
We'll take the time to break down postures in a low pressure environment with plenty of time for questions. We will try, maybe have some wobbles, try again and have fun doing it
The classes will be held on Zoom and a recording will be available for one week after.

Lucy B and Scottee have been hosting yoga workshops and retreats for fat, sensitive, queer and neurodiverse people often sidelined by yoga spaces and wellness - and they are coming back to LONDON!Fun Flow includes inclusive, friendly and fun yoga practice, with the opportunity to practice with other people a bit like you!
Having struggled to find a large yoga studio in London that would host them after mentioning the words fat and neurdivergent - they are taking matters in their own hands and going DIY!
This means we are asking you to bring your own mats (and any other softness (blocks, blankets, supports you like for practice). In return, we will make you an excellent cup of tea and put on a biscuit platter!
