Join me for a cosy winter retreat of the south east coast of England! We will be retreating in a converted from a Grade II listed former water tower, ARC Thorpeness, a beautiful property with panaromic views of the coast line.
With two daily practices, workshops, sound baths, amazing vegetarian food and seaside strolls (and maybe even a January dip!) this retreat will help you build your practice around your needs, allowing you to come home to your body and find joy in practice.
